Meets every second and fourth Tuesday each month during term time at 7.45
p.m.
Meeting Point is a ladies group and it is thought that the group started more
than forty years ago.
It was originally named ‘young wives’ and became Meeting Point, as far as we can
tell in 1982, when it was decided that the meetings should be opened up to all
ladies in the church and not just wives.
New members are welcome at any time, we do not mind if people join us just to
hear a particular speaker.
We do not have a membership fee and only ask for one pound each time you attend.
If we think a speaker would be of a particular interest to a wider audience
we make it an ‘open meeting’.
Over the years we have had many very interesting speakers, workshops, meals
together and visits to places of interest and the theatre.
